The Anpay Group opened Salt & Pepper restaurant in 2007.(First opening 1992 at Cafe SET) Following the great success at Rhapsody Hotel, owner Nuri Yilmaz and his gifted and dedicated wife Mina brought their expertise to Salt & Pepper. Following the ethos of both quality and affordability in a great location, only the best staff were recruited including Head Chef Mahmut.
